Recruitment Procedure
Recruitment is a process of actively seeking out , finding and hiring candidates for a specific position on job.It includes the entire hiring process from inception to the individual recruit’s integration with the Institution .
Main elements of the recruitment that are being followed by the institution are as follows :-
- Job Description Crafting:
As a very first phase of recruitment,the school clearly describesthe job against which the persons are to be hired Clear description is given to meet up with the academic standards of the Institution.
Shortlisting of the Candidates:
On the basis of queries and details as received regarding the candidates as required for the job and as per their profiles received, they are shortlisted for the next step to be followed.
- Interviewing:
Now the Phase is of the direct interaction with the candidate concerned. Face to Face interview is taken by the Panel of Experts to authenticate the selection for the perfect matching with the Educational standards as set by the institution. - Opportunities and Development:
We, at our end are giving maximum opportunities to our faculty that enhance their Professional growth and development and give them ample scope to justify their role as a perfect educator.
Recruitment Procedure
- Online Form is to be filled.
- If shortlisted (after viewing the details as shared in the Online Form), will be called for interview.
- Selection will be based on interview as taken.
